How KeraLase Works

The Lutronic Ultra Laser is first used across the areas of thinning hair, creating numerous microchannels. This preps the scalp and allows for penetration of the Kerafactor peptide complex serum.

Treatment Process

Consultation

Treatment area will first be evaluated by one of our medical aesthetic providers. We will thoroughly discuss past medical history and any potential medical cause for thinning hair. We will discuss treatment timeline, process, and expectations and begin booking treatment series.

Treatment

The Lutronic Ultra Laser is first used across the areas of thinning hair, creating numerous microchannels. This step feels warm and may cause mild scalp redness. This preps the scalp allowing the serum to be more effectively absorbed into the tissue which will provide the scalp with the growth factors and nutrients it needs to halt hair loss and promote hair growth. Most treatments will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

Come with clean dry hair.
Book your next sessions for 4-6 weeks.

Don’t

Wash your hair for 24 hours following treatment.
No strenuous activity or anything that may cause sweating for 24 hours.

Is this treatment right for me?

This treatment is great for candidates with thinning hair, widening parts, or male pattern baldness. This treatment will not treat autoimmune alopecia.

How soon will I see results?

Most candidates begin to see a difference after their second treatment. Your maximum results are visibly noticeable 6 weeks after your last treatment.

Is this treatment painful?

The Keralase treatment is well tolerated. There is mild discomfort during the first step of the Ultra treatment, slight stinging sensation is to be expected.

How often should I receive this treatment?

To achieve maximum results we recommend a treatment protocol of 6 treatments, spaced 4-6 weeks apart, followed by maintenance treatments every 6 months.

How long will results last?

Longevity of results is highly dependent on causative factors, but most patients remain satisfied with their treatment results for 6 months following treatment. Maintenance treatments are recommended every 6 months to ensure longevity and overall satisfaction of results.

Should I plan for downtime?

This treatment has very minimal downtime, you may have slight redness on the scalp the day of treatment as well as experience slightly oily hair prior to your first wash.
